Hydrophobic impregnation fluid
DESCRIPTION
PRIMER AC is an adhesion promoting hydrophobic impregnant liquid which reduces the pores on the surface of concrete and screed surfaces to be leveled, as a pre-treatment. PRIMER AC must be applied absolutely in order to prevent the surfaces from being influenced by moisture in leveling applications and to prevent the formation of cracks due to rapid water absorption at the same time.

It should be used as a hydrophobic impregnant liquid to prevent the formation of cracks caused by rapid water absorption and to increase adherence.

APPLICATION
Preparation of the surface;
Prior to application of PRIMER AC, the application surface should be free from adherence reducing substances such as dust, dirt and oil. The playing parts on the surface should be cleaned.
Application,
PRIMER AC is used by brushing, rolling or spraying 0,100 kg of material in 1 m sup2; area on the surface. At application time and after application air temperature should be at least 50.
Leveling screed can be applied approximately 2 hours after application.
CONSUMPTION
PRIMER AC hydrophobic impregnated liquid is 0,100 kg / m sup2;.
PACKING AND STORAGE
PRIMER AC is in 10 L and 30 L plastic bottle.
Shelf life is approximately 12 months in a cool environment.
