DESCRIPTION
BLOCKBOND is a ready-to-use for use in adhesive gasbeton, easy to prepare and applied without shrinkage. The structure includes hydraulic binder (cement), adhesion promoter polymer admixtures and classified fillers.
APPLICATION AREA
BLOCKBOND; Internal and external facade should be used in the process of knitting of gasbeton and all other building elements.

APPLICATION
Preparation of mixture;
In order to obtain an accurate mixture, 25 kg of BLOCKBOND in 6 lt water should be added homogeneously mixed with the trowel or mixer. After 5 minutes rest, the mixture is mixed again. Care should be taken not to leave agglomerated material in the mixture.
Application;
Mortar is applied on gasbeton and combed. And placed on the gasbeton block, glued and knocked.
Cleaning of tools;
Tools used are cleaned with water immediately after application.
QUANTITIES REQUIRED
BLOCKBOND depends on application tools for the state of consumption surface. 1 bag BLOCKBOND gasbeton adhesive with 1,8 square meters of gasbeton.
PACKING AND STORAGE
BLOCKBOND packed in bags of 25 kg. If stored in covered in dry premixes on pallets, has a shelf life of almost 6 months.
