Plaster for EPS
DESCRIPTION
STYROPLASTER is a fiber reinforced, high tenacity, polymer modified cement based mortar for plastering of extruded or extruded polystyrene heat insulation plates.
APPLICATION AREA
It is used in the plastering of extruded polystyrenes or expanded polystyrenes - to prevent heat loss in buildings.

APPLICATION
Surface preparation
Care must be taken that the plates to be plastered are firm and well seated. It can be primed with PRIMER AC to increase surface adhesion before plaster application.
Mixing
25 kg. Powder is slowly added material add 6 kg water, in the clean bucket and mixed with a mixer until a homogeneous and lump-free mortar is obtained.
After the material has been rested for 5 minutes, it is applied with stirring once more.
APPLICATION
- Mortar is applied on average 1 mm thick board.
- The file is placed on the wet plaster complex.
- The second coat of plaster is applied on the dried plaster first coat layer.
- The surface of the plaster is lightly moistened and polished with a steel trowel for a shiny and smooth surface, wiped with a wet sponge for a slightly rough surface.
CONSUMPTION
Average of about 1.8 kg / m sup2; for 1mm thickness
PACKING AND STORAGE
25 kg. Damp proof kraft bags. Shelf life is at least 6 months when stored in dry and protected environments.
