Ceramic tile adhesive mortar
DESCRIPTION
CERACEM is cement ndash; polymer ceramic tile adhesive compound in powder form, which requires only addition of clean water. The product spread easily on floor and wall surfaces.
APPLICATION AREA
CERACEM is a ready mixed adhesive to all internal floor and walls in dry or intermittently wet locations. E.g. Domestic showers, kitchens, rooms, bathrooms.

APPLICATION
Surface
The subgrade to be treted must be clean and free from dust, oil, paint, loose materials and any contaminant which may prevent adhesion.
Mixing and application
Slowly add 6 liters clean water per 25 kg bag and mix. Wait 3-5 minutes and mix again. CERACEM is a ready mixed adhesive to all internal floor and walls in dry or intermittently wet locations. Clean and wet the surface spread the adhesive by trowel on the surface with max. 3mm thickness and finally fix the tile on its place.
QUANTITIES REQUIRED
Esq. of tile needs 3-4 kg adhesive depending on surface flatness, kind of ceramic or application instruments.
PACKİNG AND STORAGE
CERACEM packed in bags of 25 kg. If stored in covered in dry premixes on pallets, has a shelf life of almost 6 months.
